Planning Your Bach Weekend

30A:

What’s better than a trip to the beach with your best friends?! If you’ve been to 30A, you know the beauty and aesthetic is unmatched. Enjoying a relaxing trip with tons of activities & delicious restaurants will make your bachelorette trip a weekend to remember. Let’s talks about themes! Themes are such a fun way to create your bachelorette weekend intentional & memorable. For example, the themes at the beach could be “Laura’s Last Splash” or the “Final Flamingle”. With that theme in mind, you could get beach matching sunglasses, tote bags, towels, etc. Your options are endless! One of the advantages of having your bachlorette trip at the beach is that you never have to go “look” for something to do because, well… you’re at the beach! There are so many fun things to do, but most importantly spending that intentional time with your BRIDE. Whether it’s bike rides in the morning, charcuterie boards on the beach for brunch, or some friendly competition of games on the beach — this weekend can be whatever you want it to be! At night you can have a bonfire on the sand, spa night at the house, or games pertaining to the bride! There are a variety of activities you can do to make this trip memorable & sweet! Now let’s talk FOOD! Even if you like to eat at home, you MUST plan at least one night to try one of the many delicious restaurants on 30A. Here are some of our favorites:

Breakfast/ Coffee Spots: The Perfect Pig, Donut Hole, Black Bear, Grits & Grind

Lunch/ Dinner Spots: Fonville Market Cafe, George's, La Crema, Bud & Alley's (The Taco Bar), The Big Chill, Shaka Sushi, Café Thirty-A

Nashville:

Are you wanting a fun, upbeat bachelorette trip? Nashville might be the perfect pick for you! It has so much to offer with activities, shops, & good food! You can make your bachelorette trip here as chill or busy as you want it to be. Themes for this bachelorette could be: “Last Ride for the Bride” or “Laura’s Nash Bash”. You can get cowgirl decor, matching cowgirl hats, or whatever fits your bride’s personality the best! During the day there are various tours you can go on, any type of exercise class your group is feeling, spa day, shopping, concerts, & sporting events! I personally love grabbing breakfast at Pancake Pantry & running to a few of the shops on the same street (Posh, Social Graces, Dress Up, Molly Green). The gulch is also another fun lunch/shopping spot. If your girls are an active bunch, then a hip hop dance class in matching track suits (because duh 💁‍♀️) might be the perfect activity for your group! If you’re really spoiling your bride this weekend, you could setup an appointment for a custom hat making experience at Rustler Hat Co. Do you have a favorite artist or group you love? Planning your trip around a concert would be super fun & memorable! Here are some of Nashville’s most popular spots to eat:

Breakfast Spots: Pancake Pantry, Frothy Monkey, Crema, The Loveless Cafe, Five Daughters Bakery, Biscuit Love

Lunch / Dinner Spots: The Pharmacy, McDougal's, Bartaco, Five Points Pizza, Butcher & Bee, Famous Nashville

Dessert: Jeni's, Legendairy Milkshake Bar, Mattheessen's

Scottsdale, AZ

Are you wanting to travel to a trendy & lively destination? Scottsdale is the perfect place for you! Scottsdale has so much to offer. The activities you will find in Scottsdale, you won’t find anywhere else! Themes for a bachelorette trip here could be: “Scottsdale Before the Veil” or “The Final Fiesta”. Any cactus accessory would be cute for these themes in Arizona. What are fun activities in Scottsdale? You can make this trip whatever you want! If the place you are staying has a pool, one day should definitely be a pool day! Chill by the pool in matching sunglasses & floats :) If your group likes to be on the go, then you could do a hike or horseback riding experience! This is such a fun activity that you won’t find many other places. They also offer desert tours with off-road Jeep adventures. At night, go sing your heart out doing karaoke! Scottsdale is a warm, lively place that would make your trip one to remember! Here are some popular restaurants that you can choose from (or try them all!)

Breakfast: Mowry & Cotton, Jojo Coffeehouse, Butterfield's Pancake House , Perk Eatery

Charleston, SC

Are you wanting a dreamy & elegant weekend?! Look no further than Charleston! It’s the perfect destination for brides that love the beach & a little bit of city! If you can’t choose between the beach & the city, then this is the spot for you. Themes for this weekend could truly be anything. I think sticking with something classy & simple is best. For example, “Last Fling Before the Ring.” Remember, you don’t have to do a “theme” at all! I have seen many bachelorette weekends that just chose to do a cute color scheme & gifts instead. Things to do in Charleston: beach, of course!! If you’re only there for a short amount of time, you could go shopping on King Street in the morning, and then jump on a boat for the afternoon. I’m telling you.. it’s truly the best of both worlds! You could attend tours or even go on a sunset sail! You could even ride around on a carriage one morning. Not only will you have the best time exploring this beautiful city, you will definitely enjoy their delicious restaurants! This will be a weekend that you won’t want to end!
